Returns and refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@figandsplice.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised goods (those which have your details on like your name, date or a venue) and bespoke orders (those which have been produced to your specification). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds (for returned goods)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@figandsplice.com
Cancellations
All order cancellation requests must be received by email: info@figandsplice.com
For orders cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed, a 35 euro administration fee will be charged. Your refund will be equal to your order total less the administration fee.
For orders cancelled after artwork has been created, a design fee of 50% of your order total will be charged. Your refund will be equal to your order total less the design fee.
Cancellations after artwork approval are not accepted.
If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days (please take note of the cancellation charges listed above). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@figandsplice.com
